Henry finds new owners

HENRY Technologies has been acquired by US private equity company Hendricks Holdings for an undisclosed sum.
Henry, headquartered in Woodstock, Illinois, is a 91-year-old privately-owned manufacturer of components used in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning applications and sold under the Henry Valve, AC&R and Chil-Con brand names. Henry has manufacturing locations in the USA, Canada and Glasgow.

The new owner is an international private equity company located in Beloit, Wisconsin. Hendricks Holdings was formed to manage the private equity investing of Ken and Diane Hendricks, founders of ABC Supply Co, a multi-billion dollar US distributor of exterior building materials.
