Henderson Green is an independent practice of chartered consulting engineers specialising in the design of mechanical and electrical engineering services for today’s modern and complex buildings.
Employees from Henderson Green, a leading engineering consultancy based in Southampton, downed tools for a day to experience a host of high-reaching activities as part of its annual team building event.
The team braved high ropes, abseiling and climbing during their day at the Caldecotte Xperience in Milton Keynes.
Overall, 14 employees including new recruits Martin Shepherd, mechanical design engineer, and David Cazeaux, electrical design engineer, also spent time undertaking problem solving activities before heading outdoors for an action-packed afternoon.
The aim of Henderson Green's team building days, now in their seventh year, is to get to know newcomers better, promote team working, introduce new experiences, and overcome personal and group challenges.
Managing director Russ Pitman said, 'Team building days have become quite a tradition at Henderson Green. We've learnt that taking a break from the working environment to try new experiences and get to know each other better is invaluable.
