Cattell joined the business in 2010 as Sales Engineer for the North East of England and quickly progressed through a series of senior roles, including Product Development Manager, where she played a key role in introducing CO2 condensing units. Most recently, she served as Group Sales Director, driving commercial performance, innovation, and team development.

“Hayley has a proven track record in leadership, delivering strong commercial results, driving innovation and mentoring high-performing teams,” the company said in a statement. In 2024, she was honoured with the RACHP Woman of the Year Award, and holds Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) as well as Fellowship with the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR).
