GSH Group wins contract with Yorkshire Building Society

Facilities and energy management company, GSH Group, has won a five year contract with Yorkshire Building Society (YBS).

It is the first time that YBS has chosen a single supplier to manage its whole estate.

GSH will be responsible for the provision of technical services across the company’s entire UK property portfolio totalling more than 250 buildings. This incorporates all retail and office buildings, as well as supporting four business critical data centres.

GSH managing director UK & Ireland, Clive Clarke, said: “We worked hard to ensure that we fully understood the requirements of YBS and were therefore able to develop our solution to fit their bespoke requirements. This prestigious contract win demonstrates that we are still industry leaders within the financial sector with the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high levels of efficiency while driving up standards.”
