Gill previously served as IOR President from 2014 to 2016 and continues to contribute through mentoring, judging awards, and leading initiatives such as World Refrigeration Day. His career spans engineering, consultancy, and strategic roles across private, public, and international sectors, including his current work on sustainable cooling at the Carbon Trust.
Also elected to the IOR Board were Stephen Benton and David Bostock as new Trustees. Benton brings extensive service engineering and technical committee experience, while Bostock returns to the Board with broad business insight and prior involvement with ACRIB.
Lisa-Jayne Cook thanked all candidates for standing in this year’s election and acknowledged the contributions of retiring Trustees Paul Singh and Damian Wiszniewski.
