Gallants involvement commenced with an enquiry from a major UK installer who
was looking for a cost effective and energy efficient system for a 320 bedroom 5
star hotel and spa. Our managing and technical director attended the first round
of meetings with the installer and building service consultants responsible for the
project. The product proposed was a Samsung DVM system consisting of 28 outdoor
units and 321 indoor units.A visit to Gallants state of art showroom/training school
was arranged where the proposed equipment could be seen and heared after which the
consultant requested design apllication work commence.
The consultant specified that the successful installation company should be qualified
to work on the Samsung system, Gallant and the installer complied with this request
and provided full installation, commissioning and service training at their training
school with the successful engineers receiving a Samsung master engineer certificate
and card. Gallant regularly visited the installtion to assist and advise where necessary
and completed by overseeing the commissioning and hand over stages the installation
was completed on time with no issues however it doesn't end there Gallant offer
a first class field internal technical support to the installer ensuring the hotel never
looses revenue through a bedroom being out of service.
