FSW launches customer loyalty scheme

FSW is launching the ‘Golden Rewards’ loyalty scheme to kick off its 50th anniversary celebrations.

Rewards points can be earned on particular product purchases from April through to the end of October 2015 for all UK customers. One point is awarded for every £1 spent and points can be exchanged for a variety of products and experiences, from a £25 Amazon voucher up to a Playstation PS4 or Apple iPhone 6. Alternatively points can be cashed in for a Red Letter Day or a holiday from Superbreak.

The scheme is being sponsored by the company’s leading suppliers: A-Gas, Fujitsu, Pumphouse, Mitsubishi Electric, Searle, J&E Hall, Tecumseh, Danfoss, Aspen, Advanced Engineering, MKM & Lawton Tubes.

Purchases of the sponsors’ products are all included in the programme at different times of the year. Products include air conditioning equipment, copper and insulation, tools, refrigerant and industrial gases, condensing units and coolers.

Points are automatically added and the customer can receive a monthly statement by registering on the website at www.fsw.uk.com. Full promotion details can also be found on the website.

Commercial director, Mark Henderson, said: 'Our chairman, Dermot Byrne wanted to do something that benefits all of our customers, large and small, and involved as many of our major supply partners as possible.'

Other promotions will be announced shortly.
