First Choice Group launches new app

First Choice Group has launched its first mobile app.

First Choice Group has launched its first mobile app.

Following its acquisition by PT Holdings LLC, parent company of Parts Town – the world’s biggest distributor of spare parts for the foodservice industry – First Choice is again breaking new ground through technology.

Initially, the App will provide users with instant access to view thousands of the company’s equipment manuals. Over time it will be developed to link users to the First Choice Group webstore so they can make online purchases.

Managing director, John Whitehouse, said launching the app is the first step in in the next stage of evolution for First Choice Group. “First Choice has a new identity. We are part of a global family so our responsibilities have grown. Our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a customer experience which is second to none has reached new levels so we must embrace and exploit new ways of connecting with people.”

He continued: “Mobile technology is absolutely crucial in building and maintaining a brand presence in the market place and ensuring your business is in constant communication with the people who matter most; customers, suppliers and partners.

“This App will help First Choice to break new ground. Anyone with the App will have a 24-hour window to view our stock of equipment manuals.”

The new app was launched on 1st May and is available to download on all smartphones, tablets and mobile devices from the App Store, Google Play and Amazon Kindle Fire.
