De'Longhi buys RC Group

DE'LONGHI has purchased a controlling interest in RC Lux, the holding company of fellow Italian chiller manufacturer the RC Group. The deal, which gives De'Longhi 83.3% of the business for Euro31m, follows the signing of a strategic alliance between the two companies in July.
