COMMERCIAL refrigeration manufacturer the Epta Group has purchased Italian coldroom manufacturer Misa Sud SpA.
The €460m turnover, Milan-based commercial refrigeration group, has now added the Misa Sud product range to its portfolio of brands which already includes Costan, Bonnet Névé, BKT, George Barker and Euro'Cryor,

MISA Spa was established in 1969 and has become a world leader in coldroom panel production. Its headquarters and main production plant is in Pomezia, near Rome, covering approximately 25,000m2. MISA designs and manufactures all main components of its products, including its patented Fastner and Fast-fit.

'By joining Epta, I see the best pre-conditions to consolidate a development in the long term, securing further growth for the company,' said Misa ceo Francesco Micheletti.
