GERMANY: Emerson Climate Technologies has finally ended its DWM compressor branding.
As of now the DWM Copeland products, which includes semi-hermetic models of the K- and L-series and the Discus compressor range (D2D, D3D, D8D), will drop the DWM name and change from the traditional grey to the black used on Stream and all Copeland Scroll compressors.
Emerson Climate Technologies says this will allow OEMs and wholesalers to reduce complexity and product proliferation and therefore improve cost of operation.
