Effective decarbonisation driven by Daikin’s new R-32 heat recovery solution

Heating and power currently account for 40% of the UK’s total energy usage, and if the UK is to meet its commitment to net zero by 2050, the utilisation of energy-efficient appliances will be essential. Modern offices and buildings in the UK require heat recovery solutions that not only support decarbonisation but prevent any detrimental impacts on the environment.

Daikin’s R-32 VRV 5 Heat Recovery Solution was purpose-designed for decarbonisation in commercial spaces and buildings, while placing an assurance on creating healthy and comfortable environments. Variable Refrigerant Volume, or VRV, technology was first designed by Daikin over 40 years ago and is a climate control system that reduced both the direct and indirect environmental impact of appliances, which is something that the R-32 really hones in on.

Daikin’s innovative Shîrudo technology allows for unrivalled control and management of the refrigerant inside the system, a key consideration for the R-32. The technology creates the ability to integrate climate control into the spaces within the building without any additional considerations to offer complete peace of mind that the technology is ensuring an optimal level throughout.

The support provided by Daikin for VRV 5 Heat Recovery products is second to none, offering a wide range of tools that make system design and selection a breeze. Additionally, Daikin also provides full project and technical support through its expansive expert teams.

The effective and expedited decarbonisation of buildings must be made a priority now, and a combination of performance developments and Daikin’s technologies is the ideal solution for projects that have crucial environmental impact issues.
