THE Ryder Cup was a surprise extra attraction for competitors taking part in the latest round of the Space
Airconditioning-sponsored ACR golf championship.
Kindly brought along by the PGA, the world-famous golfing trophy became the centrepiece for the event at
The Warwickshire golf club, where competitors from all sectors of the industry battled it out for a place in the
final at the Belfry.
The succesful 12 were Neal Gooding, Nick Alty, James Toman, Mark Appleyard, Glen Patrick, Jon Orme,
Gordon Rose, David Pepper, Bob Secker, Paul McDermott, Mark Nelson and Tony Gittings. They will
now compete in the final at the Belfry in September - and you could be joining them. A few places are still
available for our final qualifying heat at the Wiltshire Golf and Country Club on July 7th.
