The store is based in the Dundrum town centre on Pembroke Square, with an extensive food hall, restaurant, and bar, offering people 'a real food adventure'. The Food Market is located on the ground floor of the store and the new restaurant LOFT can be found on the top floor, where chefs prepare modern cuisine with ingredients supplied fresh from the Food Market.
Epta UK & Cross Group has supported Donnybrook Fair with the successful delivery of this project, supplying tailor-made refrigerated solutions from Epta’s Costan Range & Premium Product Range, Eurocyror. Eurocryor is the brand for prestigious stores looking to customise and furnish their refrigerated spaces and give them a unique visual identity.
Epta UK & Cross Group selected refrigerated cabinets from the Eurocyror Range for the prestigious store in Dublin, across a variety of produce. This included the TWIN SV which was expertly crafted around a structural pillar to utilise the space available and provide a high level of visibility for the freshly prepared meals. Special finishes like the stone effect Dekton Khalo canopies contributed the TWIN SV’s appeal and unique identity.
The varied uses of the Panorama range in accommodating a fresh fish ice bed, a chilled version for deli, food to go and juices, ambient corners and a hot counter all combine to assist the store specialists in creating an attractive display for customers. The finest fresh meat on the butchery counter makes use of the Gemini, to display the best cuts of meat.
Finally, the GranVista by Costan stands proud in the background, boldly displaying chilled pre-packaged meat & dairy products and chilled wines and beers.
