Denman Contracting goes into administration

ONE of the UK's largest refrigeration contractors Denman Contracting has gone into administration.
Denman Contracting goes into administration
The contracting arm of the Denman Group, which has a substantial share of the UK's supermarket business, achieved a turnover of £37.5m last year.

Formed in 1998, the Surrey-based Denman Group was the subject of a management buy-out in September, led by commercial director David Weaver.

He took over the role of group managing director from founder Mark Denton.

The administrator, Egham-based Wilkins Kennedy, has so far been unable to comment.

Fellow Denman Group company Denman FM is said to be unaffected by the contracting division's administration.
