ONE of the UK's largest refrigeration contractors Denman Contracting has
gone into administration.
The contracting arm of the Denman Group, which has a substantial share of the UK's supermarket business, achieved a turnover of £37.5m last year.
Formed in 1998, the Surrey-based Denman Group was the subject of a management buy-out in September, led by commercial director David Weaver.
He took over the role of group managing director from founder Mark Denton.
The administrator, Egham-based Wilkins Kennedy, has so far been unable to comment.
Fellow Denman Group company Denman FM is said to be unaffected by the contracting division's administration.
