DAIKIN UK has now revealed its new dealers to be Freedom Air Conditioning, Gallant Air Conditioning, ICG Air Conditioning, Ultimate Air Conditioning and Smiths Brothers Stores. Effective from November 1, the new dealers will be actively promoting and supplying Daikin's Split, Sky, VRV and VAM product ranges.
Daikin UK says that the dealers will be free to operate nationwide, rather than operating within defined regional territories.

ACR News revealed the names of Freedom Air Conditioning and Gallant Air Conditioning yesterday and had heard rumours that the others included Martin Spence's Sanyo distribution business ICG as well as Surrey-based Fujitsu and Samsung distributor Ultimate. The big surprise is Smiths Brothers Stores, a builders merchant specialising in tubes, valves and fittings with seven branches across the country.
