Daikin buys Hamilton's F-Gas management tool

DAIKIN Airconditioning UK has bought from F-GAS compliant LEO service management software from Hamilton Hall for an undisclosed sum.
Complementing financial packages, LEO manages all operational aspects from quotations, sales, installation, commissioning, contracts, field service, planned maintenance, workshop maintenance and repair.

LEO offers latest technology for F-GAS cylinder and refrigerant tracking, engineer scheduling, engineer mobile data (with F-GAS log) and customer portal access with live views of asset, contract, stock and work status. Alton-based Hamilton Hall began supplying acr companies with the software 25 years ago.

Daikin's FQS planning manager, Nikesh Patel said: 'At Daikin UK we have a unique and ever changing approach to service, which means we require an equally unique and flexible software solution to meet the demands of our business. After extensive research it was clear the best solution for us was Hamilton Hall's LEO Software package.'
