The voting for the recipient of the ACR News Customer Service Award has now closed. 

This Award is the only one run online, with five people nominated this year. The voters numbered well into the hundreds across all five, demonstrating that each nominee deserves recognition for the effort they put into giving their very best for their customers. However, we can only short-list three, and there can only be one winner.

This year's short-listed nominees are:

Celia Dickinson - Toshiba Air Conditioning

Laurence Zeyen - Emerson Climate Technologies

The winner will be announced by well-known television presenter and comedian Jimmy Carr on 26 February at the ACR News Awards, which is being held at The Brewery in London.
