The acquisition enables the two businesses to bring together highly skilled teams, an increased hire fleet profile, and an improved support infrastructure designed to deliver high levels of customer service.
The wider Swegon UK business will continue to trade as usual and maintain its focus on indoor environmental quality through providing a complete offering in HVAC.

The Swegon Hire brand and operating name will be phased out in the coming weeks and the business will trade under the Cross Rental Services brand going forward.
Over the next few weeks and months, the combined team will be working to ensure that Cross Rental Services becomes one of the top suppliers of choice for all HVAC hire solutions.
