Coolfactor brought to PH Jones

AIR CONDITIONING firm Coolfactor has been bought by heating services provider PH Jones
Kent-based firm Coolfactor, provides cooling, ventilation, data cabling installation and maintenance to the UK commercial secotor.

The acquisition means 79 more staff will join PH Jones PH Jones, headquartered in Malpas, Cheshire. The firm employs 900 staff including 600 engineers across 25 regional offices.

Coolfactor's managing director, Tony Phillp will remain with the business and the company will continue to trade and operate as Coolfactor.

Martin Jones, managing director of PH Jones, said: 'The provision of air conditioning and refrigeration services is a natural progression for PH Jones and Coolfactor has an excellent reputation in the industry.

PH Jones' attributes its growth in the last few years partly to its ability to secure social housing maintenance contracts.
