Comfort for air conditioning contractors

FUJITSU Air Conditioners launched its major new trade incentive programme, The Comfort Club at this week's ACR Show at the NEC.
The Comfort Club differs from normal incentive scheme in that participating contractors collecting Comfort Club points can acquire extra support for their businesses, through training courses, extended warranties and business development support, in addition to luxury goods, travel offers and days out.

Contractors can simply register with the Comfort Club, which can be done on-line, after which, every piece of Fujitsu air conditioning equipment purchased earns points.

'One of the ways that an air conditioning manufacturer can differentiate itself from its rivals is in the way it treats its customers,' commented Julian Brunnock, FG Eurofred's marketing director. 'We look on our distributors and contractors as part of the Fujitsu family, and we want all the members to prosper and get the most benefit out of our products as possible.'

The current list of rewards includes luxury gifts, such as Hunter wellingtons, iPad's, Louis Vuitton handbags, Barbour jackets etc; travel offers, such as Lapland, Paris and weekends away; and experience days, such as a Ferrari driving day, skydiving, zorbing etc. There is also a Kids Zone, covering anything from driving lessons to X-Boxes.

As well as training courses and extended warranties the commercial rewards include business development support, which provides fliers, brochures, van vinyls, sales enquiries and much more.
