Coca-Cola creates Igloos in India

TO help customers cool-off in India this summer Coca-Cola have come up with the Brrr experience, placing artificial igloos in shopping malls across the country to give patrons the chance to cool off in an icy-cold atmosphere.
Coca-Cola will set up an igloo measuring 30ft in diameter at a number of locations, kept at a low temperature by 9 tonnes of air conditioning and insulated with foam carved into brick designs to act as a barrier for ambient heat in each shopping complex.

The igloos are being placed at malls across India in 18 cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Chennai, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and many more.

The campaign is being run by Vivify Enterprises, company director, Vikram Bhalla said: 'Coca Cola India has been our client from 11 years and the brief given to us from them was to create a quality experience which symbolised excitement and enjoyment for people. People have been seeing ads but this campaign gave people an opportunity to experience the 'Brrr moment' themselves which was conceptualized by placing igloos across various malls. This campaign attracted more than 3000 people who were greeted with a coke before they entered.'
