There are three levels and Climalife has been Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) since May 2023. In the last 18 months, Climalife has been doing more to support their employees with disabilities and demonstrated that it is committed to recruiting disabled people. Being awarded Disability Confident Level 2 means it is now a Disability Confident Employer. As part of the commitments that Climalife has made, it will be advertising any vacancies through organisations and media particularly aimed at disabled people, continue to ensure that tit is providing an environment that is inclusive and accessible for everyone, and promoting a culture of being disability confident.

We want everyone to feel included in our workplace, and able to do their best work. We're far from being perfect, as there's always more to do! We are focussing on how we can make our office more accessible physically and for those with a neurodiversity and will continue to improve our recruitment process to attract and retain candidates with disabilities.
