GERMANY: Chillventa has ended its three-day run with a record 915 exhibitors. Visitor figures were again around 29,000, of which 55% were from overseas, according to close of exhibition reports by the organiser.
The Chillventa exhibition committee also has a new chairman. Hans-Joachim Socher, general manager of Walter Meier, replaces Heinrich Reuß.
'I am looking forward to my new tasks as chairman of the exhibition committee. Chillventa 2012 was a real success. It is the industry's most important international platform,' said Socher.
The next Chillventa will take place in Nuremberg from 14-16 October 2014.
