Mr Dobson brings over 30 years’ experience in various blue-chip manufacturing companies. After initially training as an accountant with Denso Marston, he quickly moved into general management and has worked for GE Lighting, Alcatel, Nexans, Superior Essex, LS Cable, Hill & Smith and Paragon Creative.

In the last 20 years Mr Dobson has been focused on upscaling manufacturing organisations in the UK, Central Europe and Asia. He has undertaken several roles of succession and continued growth. From UK managing director to the managing director of Asia Pacific based in Shanghai, vice president of strategy and product development based in France, and managing director Asia Pacific based in Thailand. Mr Dobson will be instrumental in giving shape to some of the strategic and innovative initiatives TEV is currently working on.

Mr Crown brings with him over 25 years’ experience working within the HVAC sector and with 15 years’ corporate experience operating at board level both in the UK and in Europe, including instrumental roles previously with Daikin, Baxi and ATAG Heating Technology. With a wealth of expertise acquired in the commercial, social housing and care sectors, Mr Crown has developed excellent industry knowledge and a detailed understanding of the channels and customers TEV serves. He has a proven track record in planning and successfully executing business growth initiatives, negotiating and securing new channel partners and effectively launching new innovative products to market. His responsibilities will include: providing strategic and commercial direction for the business; further aligning critical functions within sales and marketing; product development, and with a strong focus on delivering the highest levels of customer service.
