Didier Genois, Vice President, Carrier Climate Solutions Europe, emphasised the company’s long-term commitment to its customers, saying: “We are not here to do a good job and then leave. We are here to stay, with you and for you.”

The day concluded with an evening gala recognising customer loyalty and distributor achievements. Hushon UK received a 20-year distribution partnership award, alongside Platinum and Gold customer recognition awards.
