The relocation from Leatherhead reflects Carrier’s focus on adaptability. The new workspace is designed to foster connectivity and efficiency amongst teams. The building holds a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and an EPC B (27) energy efficiency score, aligning with Carrier’s sustainability initiatives and commitment to environmentally responsible solutions.
Managing Director Andrew Paddock said: “This modern, well-connected space reinforces our dedication to innovation and sustainability. It enables us to collaborate more effectively and continue delivering intelligent climate and energy solutions to our customers.”
An official opening event was held on April 24, with representatives from the Service, Rental, and Commercial business units gathering to explore the new facility.
Bertrand Rotagnon, new equipment and strategy director for Carrier Commercial HVAC in EMEA, described the office as a forward-looking investment, commenting: “Our new UK headquarters is designed to empower our teams, foster collaboration, and drive ongoing innovation. By embracing contemporary working practices, we can strengthen connections with customers and enhance service excellence.”
The move coincides with Carrier’s rollout of a refreshed brand identity, featuring a modernised typeface, a bold electric blue colour scheme, and a distinctive graphic element symbolising the company’s role in shaping advanced climate solutions.
