Carel appoints Marino Tanas as regional CEO for Western Europe

Marino Tanas has joined Carel as the new regional CEO for Western Europe.

Tanas, who brings extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the industry, will oversee Carel’s operations in its subsidiaries located in Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Nordic countries. He will report directly to the managing directors of these organisations, ensuring a unified yet flexible approach capable of delivering tailored and timely solutions to meet diverse customer needs.

The new organisational structure enables Carel to consolidate its role as a reliable partner, improving its proximity to and understanding of its customers. The goal is to provide efficient solutions and support by harmonising regional strategies and capitalising on local specifics.

Francesco Nalini, CEO of the Carel Group, commented: “The arrival of Marino Tanas marks an important step in our growth journey. His commercial and service expertise will be key to better meeting the needs of our customers in Western Europe, while his strategic vision will enable us to continue driving our development in the region.”
