BUSINESS Edge is hosting an open day and conference on September 6 at its new brazing training centre in Waterlooville.

ClimaCheck designer Klas Berglof will deliver a presentation on the ClimaCheck Performance Analyser. The tool instantly analysis operating conditions including cooling capacity, power input and superheat.

Business Edge managing director Mike Creamer will lecture on Quantum Suite CIBSE-based heat gain and heat loss calculation software.

The firm's new centre is equipped with the latest oxy/acetylene brazing equipment.

Training is given in all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration, building services, ducted systems, heating and ventilation, construction skills refrigerant safe handling, pipework and brazing, and electrical engineering.
