Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and building lasting customer relationships. This hybrid role combines office-based collaboration with field visits to customers to develop new business whilst supporting our Sales Manager.
What you will achieve
- Grow existing business and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and develop new commercial accounts
- Generate self-sourced leads and manage pipeline
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
- Attend trade shows and represent the company to gain new business
- Collaborate with office team and Sales Manager to improve the business
- Utilize CRM system for lead tracking and reporting to generate sales
- Achieving KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in the commercial refrigeration industry (preferred)
- Proven track record of business growth and sales success or a willingness to learn fast
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Enjoy travelling and attending trade shows
