This £400,000 investment by the Bond Group will provide a platform for new design concepts in both re-manufacturing and new cabinets. The company has been a long term advocate of UK cabinet manufacturing and the development of new re-manufacturing techniques, and has generated an impressive level of success in what is already a very competitive market place.
Looking into the future the new design centre will provide customers with both accurate test information and new design concepts on some of the hot topics within the refrigeration industry, for example fitting of doors to cabinets and the resultant effect on energy consumption, also the use of new GWP gases. It will be capable of testing on CO2 equipment within the next three months.
