Bitzer sales firm comes to Japan

COMPRESSOR manufacturer Bitzer has launched a sales business in Japan.

Bitzer Japan KK, based in Tokyo, is headed up by management team Gianni Parlanti, Toya Nakasawa, Takeo Ozawa and Mizuho Tame.

Bitzer compressors have been available in Japan for at least 20 years, but were sold by agents in small quantities.

The Bitzer group chose February's HVACR JAPAN 2008 exhibition, to promote Bitzer Japan KK to the Japanese market.

Peter Schaufler, managing director of Bitzer Group, said 'We would like to provide the following to the Japanese market:

'Our established know-how in screw, semi-hermetic and aluminum compressor technology.

'The Bitzer ideas on how to generate intelligent systems.
'Field-tested expertise in using new energetically efficient and environmentally friendly gases like CO2 in sub- and trans-critical applications.
'Cultural competence of our staff and last but not least, quality on a competitive and fair priced basis that includes product adaptation to local needs and an intensive dialogue with the market'.
