Beijer to buy Danish refrigeration wholesaler

DENMARK: G & L Beijer AB is to acquire the Danish refrigeration wholesaler FK Teknik A/S. Formed in 1956, FK Teknik is based in Aarhus and achieved sales of approximately SEK32m (£3.2m) in 2012.
The acquisition is a step forward in the consolidation of the Danish market. G & L Beijer already has a strong position in the market through its existing operation in Denmark. With the acquisition the position will be strengthened further.

FK Teknik sells a range of products in Denmark including Bock, Danfoss and Eliwell.
