Beijer to acquire Norwegian distributor

REFRIGERATION wholesaler G & L Beijer is to acquire the Norwegian company, Ecofrigo AS, a project-oriented refrigeration distribution company which also distributes refrigeration units from Beijer's Italian subsidiary, SCM Frigo.
Ecofrigo was founded in December 2009 and reports sales of around £3.3m. G & L Beijer acquired SCM Frigo at the beginning of 2011.
