Aspen Pumps staff are taking on the challenge of Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life to raise money for research into more than 200 types of cancer.

The eight-strong team of women are currently training for the event, which takes place in Eastbourne at Sports Park, Cross Levels Way, on Sunday 18th June.

The team members are Laura Reeve, Suzanna Lake, Mirander Reilly (with her daughter Alana), Agnieszka Hein, Jo McGilvary, Lauren Newby, Laura Hall and Tina Lorch (with her daughter Willow). With training well underway, the team is looking for as much support as possible and donations would be gratefully received at https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/team/aspen-pumps-team.

Laura Hall said: “We are delighted to be supporting Cancer Research UK by taking part in the Race for Life. They fund life-saving research into all types of cancer and so we are hoping to raise lots of much needed funds” said team member Laura Hall. “We are looking forward to the event.”
