Armstrong names Chintan Kharche Global Director

Armstrong Fluid Technology has appointed Chintan Kharche as Global Director of Offering Management, a role that will oversee strategy and development across five major product lines.

Kharche will lead activity spanning the full product lifecycle, including market analysis, portfolio planning and new product introduction. His remit includes coordinating with product line leaders worldwide to support innovation and optimise performance across Armstrong’s building mechanical solutions.

Kharche said he was drawn to the company’s focus on reducing energy use at both subsystem and whole-building level, noting the long-term results achieved through its Envelope approach.

He joins Armstrong with more than 18 years’ international experience in HVAC, renewables, industrial automation and power electronics. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Product Management for HVACR & AQUA Drives at Danfoss, where he led portfolio strategy and development programmes. His previous roles at Danfoss included Head of Strategic Portfolio Management & Strategy Excellence, shaping the direction of AC drives and advancing energy-efficiency initiatives.

Charles Armstrong, Executive Chairman, said Kharche’s background would support the company’s efforts to strengthen and evolve its product offerings.

In his new position, Kharche will work across global teams to accelerate development, improve lifecycle performance and expand the reach of Armstrong’s building mechanical solutions.
