Global air conditioning manufacturer Airedale International Air Conditioning is providing critical cooling to seven out of ten World Cup venues in South Africa.
Airedale International Air Conditioning has supplied
AlphaCool precision air conditioning units to Vodacom telecommunication solution provider, to maintain accurate control of temperature and humidity in cellular telephone exchanges within the stadiums. A total of fourteen units have been installed - two units in each of the seven new or refurbished stadiums. Another two AlphaCool units are already providing precise cooling in one of the three existing stadiums.
The seven new or refurbished stadiums include Soccer City, Johannesburg where the final will take place; Greenpoint Stadium, Cape Town; Moses Mabhiba Stadium, Durban; Peter Mokaba Stadium, Polokwane; Mbombela Stadium; Nelspruit; Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace, Rustenburg and Loftus Versveld, Pretoria.
