Airedale - a family affair

Airedale International Air Conditioning, has always enjoyed a 'family' culture and, with three pairs of brothers employed in its service division alone, it really is a family affair.
Airedale - a family affair
The 50 plus strong national service team includes brothers Andrew and Matthew Bruce, Stephen and Peter Rothwell, and Adrian and Andrew Croft. As if that wasn't proof enough that Airedale is a great place to work, in September this year, Adrian's son, Charlie, was one of three junior engineers joining the fold.

Airedale's HR director, Steve Joyce, said: 'Refreshing the talent pool is key to our business strategy and our training schemes, which place an emphasis on both succession planning and personal development, have been recognised with a number of company and individual awards. The vast majority of the apprentices who join Airedale choose to stay with us to continue their career, some studying for higher level qualifications through day release and moving into professional roles such as CAD designers and field engineers once qualified.'
