Aggreko confirms GE Energy Rentals acquisition

CHILLER rental company Aggreko has acquired GE Energy Rentals for $182m (£93m), Aggreko said.
Aggreko's fleet now totals 4,700 MW in rental power capacity, with 2,000 air-cooled and water-cooled chillers and 12,000 generator sets.
Over the next 12 months Aggreko will look to purchase additional fleet valued at $29.2m, which if carried through successfully would take the company's assets to a value of $212m.
