ACRN Customer Service Award

Following the successful launch of the Customer Service Award last year, ACR News is once again running this Award online and open to all sectors within the acr industry. This Award is aimed specifically at frontline acr staff - those people on the ground that deal with the customer on site or on the telephone.

We are looking for the person who exemplifies excellent customer service, the person who goes over and above the call of duty to take care of his or her customers.  Last year we received nominations from such diverse locations as Mauritania and the United States, with almost a thousand votes received across them all.

The winner will be announced at the ACR Awards 2015, held on 26 February at the Brewery, London, with live tweets announcing the results as they happen.

Who can take part?

Anyone, anywhere in the world, working within the field of air conditioning and refrigeration, from all areas of the business. Whether they be the accounts clerk, receptionist, apprentice, engineer or company owner, all have a chance of winning.

How do I nominate someone?

Send an email to lsencicle@datateam.co.uk by 31 October 2014 with the following:
Name of nominee:
Company they work for:
Contact (telephone and/or email) of nominee:
Explain why this person should be recognised for their excellent customer service in a maximum of 600 words.

The nominations will be put online in November, and the industry invited to vote on who they think should win the ACR News Customer Service Award 2015.
