FOR the first time, London HEVAR 2008 (September 24-25), is hosting an acr seminar programme incorporating F-gas and other key legislation issues affecting the air conditioning and refrigeration market.
The phase out of R22, air conditioning inspections, and energy efficiency are just a few of the issues being addressed by London HEVAR's acr seminar programme.
With the acr industry facing a need to meet approaching legislative deadlines, the acr seminar programme kicks off on Day One (September 24) with 'Air-conditioning Inspections' presented by ACRIB director and the Institute of Refrigeration's membership committee chairman, Stephen Gill.
This will be followed by 'Energy efficiency in practice' presented by Dr Rob Lamb from Star Refrigeration.
The past president of the Institute of Refrigeration Guy Hundy will present 'Getting the measure efficient measuring of Cooling and Heat Pump systems'.
BOC man Barry Lyons will talk about 'Refrigerants – R22 Phase Out what are your options?'
Stephen Gill will also present 'Don't break the law - the essential regulation guidelines'
This is a CPD accredited seminar programme, therefore time spent at London HEVAR 2008 contributes to industry professionals' CPD requirements.
The London HEVAR exhibition takes place at the Royal Horticultural Halls in Greycoat Street, London.
