Researchers will unveil advances in heat pump technology at the Sustainable Innovation in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning conference, this September.
Held at the University of Ulster on September 17, SIRAC, supported by the Institute of Refrigeration, harnesses new green rac ideas for industry by linking academics with businesses seeking technical solutions.
SIRAC attendees will see work at the university’s sustainable technologies research laboratory.
Dr Guy Hundy, former president of the IOR, will talk on the subject “Heat pumps – a smart future?”
New research in advanced high temperature air source heat pumps will be presented by Professor Neil Hewitt, of the University of Ulster.
