Trane opens first European store

The first Trane Store in Europe has now opened and aims to provide better and quicker solutions to customers' needs.

The new store opened in Bordeaux, France, on 18 September and provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) professionals with local expertise, original parts and direct support service.

With more than 16,000 items of spare parts and a comprehensive range of components, accessories, tools and supplies readily available, customers can now perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems of any brand quicker and more effectively. A skilled and qualified Trane team will be available on the spot to share their knowledge and provide necessary support.

Bertrand Kieken, parts business developer at Trane, said: “At Trane our constant goal is to meet our customers’ needs and better satisfy their requirements. The first Trane Store in Europe is part of this approach and will help our customers perform effective maintenance and repair of their HVAC solutions for greater productivity, performance and profitability.”

“Our goal is to open Trane Stores throughout Europe, starting now with France and subsequently focusing on other leading European market countries,” said Hugo Steep, parts portfolio leader for Trane Europe.

The new Trane Store is located at 18 rue de la Source, ZA du Haut Vigneau Gradignan, France 33170. The official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on 26 September from 10.00 to 18.00.
