The industrial range of PIR panels provides great flexibility of use by offering a wide variety of options. These panels are available in various thicknesses from 50mm to 200mm and can be supplied with a flat or slightly profiled finish. Standard RAL colours can be used to match external cladding requirements.

Room sizes are virtually limitless and are usually defined by the building in which they are constructed. .
Panels are available in a various thicknesses up to 200mm and are suitable for temperatures down to minus 30 degrees or lower.

Panels are manufactured using polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) which means that they are fire retardant and are
Certificated by the LPCB with respect to fire rating requirements. The standard panels are finished in white polyester
food safe lacquer over 0.55mm galvanised steel plate which gives them an excellent structural capability.
There are several door options available including single and double leaf hinged, Sliding, and swing doors for two way opening.  Double glazed windows can be incorporated in the walls as well as port hole windows in doors.
Additional options are also available including electrically operated sliding doors and meat rail access ports
Cold rooms can be constructed with or without an insulated floor although freezer rooms will require either a modular floor or a recessed floor into a concrete base incorporating an electric heater Mat.
