Condair, formerly JS Humidifiers, has launched an innovative new website at www.condair.co.uk.

Features of the new site include an online product selector tool and psychrometric calculator.

The product selector guides users wanting to select a humidifier through a series of multiple choice questions. As the user progresses through the selection criteria, a shortlist of humidification systems is presented and refined, depending on the user’s requirements, until finally an ideal humidifier or shortlist of products is suggested.

Many factors are taken into account by the online product selector such as available energy supplies, budget, type of application, in-room or in-duct humidification and desired level of energy consumption.

For users who want to know what size humidification system they need for a project, the website’s psychrometric calculator will provide a humidity load in kg/h. The user simply needs to input certain environmental parameters of the project, for either in-room or in-duct humidity control and the calculator will provide a suggested humidification output to maintain the required humidity level.

Expert advice is available in person from Condair’s team of specialist humidification engineers but the online resources provide additional 24/7 support for consultants and contractors working on a humidification project.

Other features of the new website include product information, application advice and project news. The newly developed website is part of the company’s rebranding activities from JS Humidifiers to Condair, following the company’s name change in October 2014.
