Peter replaces Climate Center and industry veteran technical manager Gordon Adams, who recently retired from full time employment. Gordon will continue working with Climate Center on a part time basis so that the business retains his extensive knowledge and skills and there is a smooth transition for Peter into his new role.
Climate Center has appointed Peter Woods as technical services manager.
He will run Climate Center’s custom build base in Newbury, Berkshire, where the emphasis is on delivering high quality solutions to meet specific customer requirements, from complete packaged systems to condensing units.
Another key part of Peter’s role will involve working closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and on-going technical advice for Climate Center’s customers and business partners.
Prior to joining Climate Center, he worked for a number of the industry’s leading manufacturers in design and developmental roles as well as technical sales. His specialist knowledge accumulated over 25 years in the HVAC industry will be invaluable to customers, particularly when dealing with large scale refrigeration projects.
