Williams appoints new installation and service support manager

King’s Lynn-based Williams Refrigeration has appointed Craig Wells as its new installation and service support manager.

Craig Wells brings 33 years’ experience and expertise to the role.

Mr Wells has over 30 years’ experience in commercial catering refrigeration and installation.  He has been with Williams since 2002, most recently as a technical engineer and senior engineer.

This promotion will see Mr Wells mainly responsible for managing the smooth running of installations of Williams’ modular refrigeration products, such as the modular blast chillers, as well as diagnosing technical issues for customers and engineers.

Commenting on the new role, which came into effect from 1st February 2020, Mr Wells said: “The demand for our portfolio of modular products is down to the fact that they tick a lot of boxes in terms of modern catering design.  For example, they are very flexible – we can design products that precisely match the needs of the customer, which means they can make the most of the space available.  As the amount of room dedicated to the kitchen gets squeezed, that is an increasingly important consideration.

“I look forward to using my 33 years of experience and knowledge to contribute towards the smooth running of the service department!”
