Meridian unveils RACHP training centre

In a significant development aimed at encouraging and supporting professional growth in the south of England, Meridian Air Conditioning has opened a new training centre. Based in Ferndown, the Meridian RACHP Training Centre is said to be the only facility of its kind in Dorset.

The opening ceremony on 19 May was attended by supporting brands such as Samsung, Fujitsu, Fieldpiece and Diversitech as well as local engineers.

Equipped with the latest technology, the training centre has a wide array of equipment and the space to accommodate more, which will enable participants to engage in hands-on training. The centre offers a comprehensive range of training programs, catering to engineers in the air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps sectors.

IoR president Graeme Fox opened the centre, alongside director Sam Lovell and trainer Shaun Creech. Mr Fox expressed his excitement about the facility's potential impact. 'Centres like this are absolutely critical, making training available locally. They've done a fantastic job here.'

Meridian RACHP Training Centre is already accepting applications and with a number already booked in, it’s clear that the centre is a welcome local addition.
