Hubbard bolsters commercial refrigeration team

Hubbard Products has made three new appointments to its Commercial Refrigeration division, as part of its aim to develop commercial refrigeration solutions to support the Daikin Group throughout Europe.

Brian Clark has been made regional sales manager covering Scotland and the North of England to the M62 corridor. A senior engineer with considerable commercial experience, Mr Clark’s 30-year career includes engineering and management proficiency gained at City Refrigeration, W R Refrigeration, Mitsubishi Electric and HRP Glasgow.

In an internal move, Steve Feeney, who was formerly regional sales manager for Scotland and Ireland, has become applications engineer - technical back up. He will oversee response times on quotes for both Commercial and Pack enquiries, and offer practical knowledge-based technical backup.

Meanwhile, Francis Wallace has been appointed commissioning technology manager to support customers with technical back-up during commissioning, including troubleshooting and aiding the design department in the development of innovative products with practical application knowledge. Mr Wallace will also be responsible for assisting with the application of new technology opportunities within refrigeration. He joins Hubbard from Arctic Circle, where he held a variety of senior positions over an 18-year career.

Hubbard Products commercial director Dougie Stoddart said: “Hubbard has a reputation gained over 50 years for delivering value-for-money refrigeration solutions for its growing market of retail and manufacturing customers.

“We believe that by providing a high-quality and personally tailored service, our customers can benefit from our ‘pooled’ resources and knowledge.

“By developing unique product features and understanding our customers’ specific needs, our commercial refrigeration systems can be tailored to deliver efficient and convenient solutions.

“These new posts will service the commercial sector with in-depth knowledge and research and development, refining our products to suit any given requirement.”
