DiversiTech acquires ACR Supplies

DiversiTech, parent company of Pump House, has acquired ACR Supplies, a leading manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration ancillaries.

With the consolidation of these two companies, on September 1, 2021, Pump House will be changing its name to DiversiTech International, with the  Pump House pumps remaining under the corporate umbrella as a stand-alone brand.

Craig Peebles of ACR Supplies, who was an original founder of Pump House, commented: “I am so excited to get back with the Pump House team and work together once again.”

Dave Bass, managing director of Pump House said: “This acquisition will serve to offer UK wholesalers an even more extensive choice of products, coupled with the excellent customer service Pump House is renowned for in the industry.”
